Assault 2nd Degree, Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Offensive Touching and Breach of Release

On January 31, 2015 the Milford Police responded to a residence located in the 200 block of S. Washington St. after receiving a report of a domestic incident that just occurred. Police state that investigation at the scene revealed that the 31yo male victim had been stabbed by Jessica A. Renner, 33yo Milford woman during a verbal dispute. Renner was in possession of a knife and used the knife to stab the victim in the upper torso and then fled on foot prior to police arrival. Renner then returned to the residence and was taken into custody by Milford Police. Renner was charged with Assault 2nd Degree, Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Offensive Touching and Breach of Release. Renner had already received a court order on 1/29/15 stemming from a prior domestic dispute in which she was to have no contact with the 31yo male victim or the residence. Renner was arraigned and committed to WCI in default of $10,000 cash bond. The 31yo male victim refused medical treatment for his injury.
