On February 20,2015 the Milford Police Criminal Division, along with the assistance of Milford Police Patrol Division and the Harrington Police Department, arrested and charged two Harrington men in connection with two separate burglaries at a local business on January 11, 2015 and again on February 2,2015. David R. Vilone, 25yo, was charged with Burglary 3rd Degree, Theft Under $1500 victim 62yo or older, Theft Under $1500, Theft $1500 or Greater and Conspiracy 2nd Degree. Phillip A. Vilone, 29yo, was charged with Burglary 3rd Degree, Theft Under $1500 victim 62yo or older, Theft Under $1500 (2 counts) Theft $1500 or Greater and Conspiracy 2nd Degree. Police state that through investigation and assistance from the public, detectives discovered that both Phillip and David Vilone had entered the local business after business hours and removed items. On February 20, 2015 detectives from Milford Police Criminal Division, assisted by Milford Police Patrol Division and Harrington Police, executed a search warrant at a residence located on East St in Harrington. Both Phillip and David Vilone were taken into custody at that time. David Vilone was arraigned and released on $5,500.00 unsecured bond. Phillip Vilone was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $6,000.00 secured bond.

**Original Post** The Milford Police is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the two burglary suspects seen on video surveillance. The suspects entered a local business on 1/11/15 and 2/2/15 taking items from a garage. The suspect’s are described as white males, average build with unknown height and weight.
