On February 20, 2015 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 30yo Milford man in connection with two domestic disputes that occurred on February 8, 2015 at a residence in the 100 block of Franklin St. and on February 20, 2015 in the parking lot of Perdue Farms. Gabriel Fritz was charged with Strangulation, Assault 3rd Degree (2 counts), Breach of Release (3 counts), Terroristic Threatening, Noncompliance with Bond/ Bail Conditions, Malicious Interference with Emergency Communications and Disorderly Conduct. According to police, on February 8, 2015 Fritz made contact with the 21yo female victim at the residence, despite being court ordered not to, stemming from a previous domestic dispute. While at the residence, Fritz assaulted the female victim and initially prevented her from call 911 for help. Fritz then fled the area prior to police arrival. On February 20, 2015, the Milford Police responded to Perdue Farms parking lot after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. Police state that investigation at the scene revealed that Fritz had once again made contact with the 21yo female victim. Fritz then assaulted the female victim, strangled the female victim and threatened to kill her. Fritz was taken into custody by Milford Police. Fritz was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $23,000.00 cash bond.
