Assault of Pregnant Woman

On March 9, 2015 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 29yo Milford man stemming from a domestic dispute that occurred at a residence located in Valley Run Apartments. Olvince Mompremier was charged with Abuse of Pregnant Female 1st Degree. Police state that investigation revealed that Mompremier and the 33yo female victim were involved in a verbal dispute. During the dispute, Mompremier shoved the female victim to the ground and kicked the female victim in the stomach. It was later revealed that the female victim was pregnant at the time of this incident. The female victim was transported by ambulance to Milford Bayhealth Hospital where she was admitted and treated. Mompremier was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $25,000.00 cash bond.
