Arrested on Ecstasy drug charges

On March 7, 2015 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 38yo Milford man in stemming from an incident that occurred at Parson Thorne Apartment Complex. Lavar S. Sienna was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Tier 3 Quantity (Ecstasy), Possession with the Intent to Deliver Ecstasy, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Police state that during an investigation into an unrelated complaint with Sienna (while at Parson Thorne Apartment Complex), Milford Police discovered that Sienna was in possession of 46 doses of Ecstacy, 1.9 grams of Marijuana and several hundred dollars in cash. Sienna was also wanted on an active capias out of New Castle County Superior Court. Sienna was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $15,300.00 secured bond.
