On March 11, 2015 the Milford Police Criminal Division arrested and charged a 35yo Lincoln man in connection with a series of internal thefts that had been occurring at Walmart Department Store since 1/31/15. Linwood D. Hallman Jr. was charged with (Felony) Theft $1500 or Greater. Police state that detectives discovered that during Hallman Jr’s employment at Walmart he removed several thousand rounds of ammunition (various calibers) and other survival related items from the store. Detectives recovered the ammunition from a residence located on Butler Ave in Lincoln along with a rifle scope and survival bags & kits. Detectives also took custody of multiple firearms & knives from the residence. Hallman Jr. was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $5,000.00 secured bond.
