On April 29, 2015, the Milford Police Department Drugs and Narcotics Division concluded two month long investigation with the arrest of three suspects. Detectives from the Narcotics Division, Milford Police Special Operations Group, Criminal Division, Patrol Division along with the assistance of the Delaware State Police Drug Unit, Delaware State Police S.O.R.T, Alcohol Tobacco & Firearms Federal Agency (ATF), Georgetown Police Department, Oceanview Police and Blades executed multiple search warrants at Travelers Inn Motel and at a residence located in the 200 block of S. Washington St. Yvette Harpe, 41yo of Milford, was charged with Drug Dealing (Heroin), Felony Conspiracy 2nd Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Timothy D. Jarvis, 43yo of Milford, was charged with 4 counts of Drug Dealing (Heroin), 4 counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Felony Conspiracy 2nd Degree and Promoting/Possession of Prison Contraband. Adam Boughner aka Adam Bradford, 43yo Milford, was charged with 5 counts of Drug Dealing (Heroin) and 5 counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Police state that detectives seized at total of 216 bags of heroin as a result of the investigation. Jarvis was committed to SCI in default of $44,600.00 cash bond. Boughner was committed to SCI in default of $51,000.00 cash bond. Harpe was committed to WCI in default of $12,200.00 cash bond.
