On May 6, 2015 the Milford Police Criminal Division arrested a 17yo male stemming from an incident that occurred at a residence located in the 100 block of NW 2nd St. The 17yo male was charged with Unlawful Dealing in Material Depicting Child Engaging in Prohibited Sexual Act (2 counts) and Possession of Child Pornography (2 counts). Police state that detectives discovered that the 17yo male posted explicit photos of an adolescent girl on social media. The 17yo male also possessed additional explicit photos of the adolescent girl. The 17yo male was arraigned and committed to the Stevenson House Detention Center in default of $84,000.00 secured bond.
