Gold Alert Issued for Missing Lincoln Man

image**UPDATE** – The Delaware State Police are cancelling the Gold Alert issued for Clifford T. Downes of Lincoln.  Mr. Downes has been located in good condition.

The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Clifford T. Downes, who was last seen at his residence located at 9164 Cubbage Way Lincoln, DE, on Tuesday, May 26, 2015.

Clifford T. Downes is a white male, 38 years of age, 6’02” tall, 235 lbs., bald and hazel eyes. (Photo attached)

Troopers have been unable to make contact with Downes to check on his welfare. Attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for his safety and welfare. It is believed that Clifford T. Downes may be in the area of Lincoln.

If anyone has any information in reference to his whereabouts, they are asked to contact Troop 7 at 302-644-5020.
