Three Men Arrested on Drug Charges

On the night of June 10, 2015, the Milford Police Drugs & Narcotics Division along with the Milford Police Patrol Division, Special Operations Group and DSP Kent County Drug Unit executed a search warrant at a residence located in the 400 block of S. Walnut St. This concluded a month long investigation conducted by the Milford Police Drugs & Narcotics Division along with the assistance of Dover Police. As a result detectives arrested and charged Kevin R. Lewis, 57yo of Milford and Landon R. Lewis. 25yo of Milford at the residence. Detectives also arrested and charged Brian K. Finkbiner, 28yo of Lincoln on the same night, after he was located in the parking lot of a local business located in the 500 block of S. Dupont Highway. Kevin Lewis was charged with Possession of Heroin Tier 5 quantity, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Heroin, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Conspiracy 2nd Degree. Landon Lewis was charged with Possession of Heroin Tier 5 quantity, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Heroin (2 counts), Possession with the Intent to Deliver Cocaine, Conspiracy 2nd Degree (2 counts) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts). Brian Finkbiner Possession of Heroin Tier 2 quantity, Possession of Heroin Tier 5 quantity, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Heroin (2 counts), Possession with the Intent to Deliver Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (3 counts) and Conspiracy 2nd Degree.

According to police, during the investigation detectives seized approximately total of 598 bags of Heroin, approx. 6.8 grams of cocaine, a firearm and multiple prescription medications. Kevin Lewis was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $47,000 cash bond. Brian Finkbiner was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $89,000 cash bond. Landon Lewis was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $60,000 cash bond. Landon Lewis was also wanted out of the Milford Police Department for a separate incident. Landon Lewis was also charged with Felony Failure to Comply with Lease Agreement. Lewis had leased property from a local rental business and failed to meet the leasing agreement and refused to return the property to the business. Detectives recovered that property also during the search warrant at the residence.
