NOTICE TO QUALIFIED VOTERS OF THE CITY OF MILFORD
**Voter Registration Requirements & Deadline for September 1, 2015 Special Election**

Residents of the City of Milford & Non-Resident Property Owners must be
Registered to Vote at Milford City Hall to Be Eligible to Vote in
City Elections/special Elections/referendum

Only Registered Voters Listed on the City of Milford Voter Registration Logs Are Eligible to
Vote in the September 1, 2015 Special Election:

FOR THE PURPOSE OF VOTING FOR OR AGAINST THE ISSUANCE OF UP TO $1,600,000 MAXIMUM AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF A GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND OR BONDS TO FINANCE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SEWER SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF MILFORD

Please note that having registered through the State of Delaware,
Kent County or Sussex County Department of Elections does not qualify you to vote in a City of Milford Election/Referendum.
To be eligible, you must have registered through Milford City Hall.

New registrations are accepted from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday at Milford City Hall.

THOSE PERSONS UNABLE TO REGISTER DURING BUSINESS HOURS MAY
SCHEDULE A SPECIAL REGISTRATION TIME BY CALLING 302-424-3712

Applicants are required to present verification of identity and residence and/or proof of ownership of property.

THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTERING TO VOTE IN THIS SPECIAL ELECTION IS MONDAY, AUGUST 3, 2015 AT 4:30 P.M.

Those people voting by absentee ballot should call the City Clerk’s Office at 302-424-3712 to be added to a list to obtain an affidavit for absentee balloting.
