On July 6, 2015 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 29yo Milford man stemming from a domestic dispute that occurred at a residence at Valley Run Apartment Complex. Joshua D. Henry was charged with Terroristic Threatening, Malicious Interference Emergency Communications Intentionally Prevent or Hinder and Offensive Touching. Investigation revealed that Henry and the 25yo female victim were involved in a verbal dispute. During the dispute, Henry threatened to hurt and kill the female victim. As the female victim attempted to contact the Milford Police Henry took the victim’s phone away from her. The female victim was able to get Henry outside of her residence and lock the door but then noticed that Henry had climbed up onto the balcony of the residence. As she confronted Henry on the balcony, Henry grabbed the female victim. The female victim was able to break free from Henry, flee the residence and contact the Milford Police. Henry was later taken into custody by the Milford Police. While in custody, Henry refused to comply with fingerprints and photos for the domestic related charges and was additionally charged with Failure to Comply with the Taking of Photos and Fingerprints. Henry was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of a secured bond (exact amount not available at the time of this release).
