Arrested after Robbery, Assault Spree

On July 21, 2015 the Milford Police Criminal Division arrested and charged a 19yo Milford man stemming from three separate robberies that occurred on April 21, 2015 and then again on May 21, 2015. Quentrae D. Carroll was charged with Robbery 1st Degree (3 counts), Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony, Assault 1st Degree, Conspiracy 2nd Degree (2 counts) and Assault 3rd Degree. Detectives discovered that on the afternoon of April 21, 2015, Carroll, a 17yo male juvenile and another male suspect approached the 19yo male victim near the parking lot of the Brightway Commons Apartment Complex. Carroll and the other suspects threatened to shoot the victim with the guns in their waistbands if the victim did not provide them with his property. The victim complied and the suspects fled on foot after obtaining the victim’s property. Police state that detectives discovered that on the evening of May 21, 2015, Carroll, the 17yo male juvenile and two other male suspects approached a 29yo male victim and a 52yo male victim on foot in the 300 block of North St. Carroll and the other suspects punched the 52yo male victim in the face numerous times and then struck him in the face with a glass bottle knocking him unconscious. As the 52yo was lying on the ground, Carroll and the other suspects went through his pockets and removed his property. Carroll and the other suspects then attacked the 29yo victim, punching him in the face and head. They then took the victim’s property from his pockets and also took his sneakers off of his feet. The 52yo male victim was transported to Milford Bayhealth Hospital and then later to Kent General Hospital due to the severity of his injuries. The 52yo male victim suffered a fractured skull, a brain bleed and other serious facial & head injuries. He was admitted and was in serious but stable condition. The 29yo male victim suffered minor injuries but refused medical treatment. Carroll was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $85,000.00 cash bond. The 17yo male juvenile in this incident had already been arrested & charged with Robbery 1st Degree (3 counts), Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony, Assault 1st Degree, Conspiracy 2nd Degree (2 counts) and Assault 3rd Degree and was committed to the Stevenson House Detention Center on a secured bond. These incidents are still under investigation.
