Gold Alert Issued for Magnolia Woman

The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Jessica D. Cooper of Magnolia who was last seen around 1:00 p.m., Tuesday November 17, 2015 at her residence located in the unit block of Millchop Lane. Jessica is a black female, 21 years of age, 5’03” tall, 120 lbs., black hair and brown eyes.

Troopers have been unable to make contact with Jessica to check on her welfare. Attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for her safety and welfare. She may be operating a silver 2005 Mazda Tribute with unknown Delaware registration.

If anyone has any information in reference to her whereabouts, they are asked to contact Troop 3 at 302-697-4454 or by contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or via the internet at www.delaware.crimestoppersweb.com. Anonymous tips may be sent by text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword “DSP.”
