Charged After Altercation With No Clothes

On November 7, 2015 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 49yo Milford man stemming from a domestic incident that occurred at a residence located in the 600 block of Lakelawn Drive. Charles W. Robinson was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Lewdness and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Police state that investigation revealed that Robinson and 35yo male were involved in a verbal dispute. During the dispute, Robinson attempted to physically attack the 35yo male. Robinson was not wearing any clothing at the time. As residents in the home attempted to separate the two, the 35yo male was taken outside the residence. Robinson then followed the residents and the 35yo male outside the residence. Still not wearing any clothing, Robinson again attempted to hit the 35yo male while outside in the yard. A 1yo child was present during the incident and was being held by one of the residents attempting to separate the two. Robinson continued to try to strike the 35yo male, while just missing the 1yo child. Robinson was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $401.00 secured bond.
