Kiscaden Named Vice President of Finance

Dover Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce Donna L. Kiscaden has been
promoted to the position of Vice President of Finance. With 28 years of management
experience in the financial services industry, serving most recently as Controller for Dover
Federal, Ms. Kiscaden has the analysis expertise and forecasting capability to manage the $400
million in assets held by Dover Federal Credit Union.

When asked about the opportunity to serve as Vice President of Finance for Delaware’s largest
credit union, Donna stated, “I am looking forward to penetrating new opportunities that
increase efficiency, reduce cost and leverage our financial platform. By aligning our strategic
goals with the operational needs of our organization, I will be able to examine, analyze and
develop initiatives that complement and empower each department to better help fulfill our
promise of making a positive difference in your financial life.” Ms. Kiscaden, received her BS in Accounting from Neumann University and earned her Master’s degree in Business Admin in Management from Eastern University.
