Wanted Following Aggravated Menacing Investigation

On December 15, 2015 Milford Police received a report of an incident in which an individual displayed a knife and threatened a juvenile at a residence in the 300 block of South Washington Street (Sussex County). Police state that investigation revealed Jaime A. Rivera-Pantoja confronted a juvenile following an argument. The victim has told police that on the evening of 12.10.2015 at approximately 6:30 pm they confronted Mr. Rivera-Pantoja about reportedly assaulting another person. At that time Mr. Rivera-Pantoja displayed a knife and threatened the victim about discussing that possible assault. In addition to the first victim, a second juvenile was in close proximity of this incident and also witnessed what reportedly had taken place. Warrants were obtained for Mr. Rivera-Pantoja through JP Court #2 and are on file at the Milford Police Department. Police are asking for anyone with knowledge of the whereabouts of Mr. Rivera-Pantoja to call 302.422.8081 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
