Milford Woman Charged in Domestic Assault

 

On the morning of March 7, 2016, the Milford Police responded to a residence located in the 100 block of S. Washington St after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. Police state that investigation at the scene revealed that Luciel M. Howell, 40yo of Milford, was intoxicated and initially involved in a verbal dispute with the 49yo male victim. During the verbal dispute, Howell began hitting the victim in his head and face causing minor injuries to the male victim’s face. A 13yo juvenile was at the residence during the time of the incident. Howell was arrested and charged with Assault 3rd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Howell was arraigned and later released on $5,000.00 unsecured bond.
