Man Charged in Domestic Dispute

On March 31, 2016 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 28yo Milford man stemming from a domestic dispute that occurred on March 22, 2016 at a residence located in the 100 block of West St. Joseynazio (Jose) M. Colombo was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child (3 counts), Offensive Touching, Breach of Release and Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree. Police state that investigation revealed that Colombo went to the residence, entered and made contact with the 25yo female victim. Colombo had already been court ordered to not have any contact with the female victim or the residence. While inside the residence, Colombo became irate in the presence of the 1yo, 2yo and 5yo juvenile victims. Colombo then grabbed the 2yo juvenile by the hair, picked him up and then threw him to the ground. The juvenile did not sustain any injuries during the incident. Colombo was also wanted out of JP6 and Kent County Superior Court. Colombo was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $7,500.00 secured bond.
