Charged following Domestic Dispute

On June 3, 2016 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 28yo Milford man following a domestic dispute that occurred at a residence located in the 1000 block of SE 2nd St. Seth C. Bucher was charged with Offensive Touching, Theft Under $1500 and Malicious Interference with Emergency Communications. According to police, investigation revealed that Bucher was involved in a verbal dispute with the 21yo female victim about whether or not they were to keep drinking alcohol and listening to music. The female victim advised Bucher that she was no longer going to do so. As Bucher became irate and disorderly, the female victim attempted to contact the Milford Police. Bucher then grabbed the female victim by the arm, grabbed the phone from her hand and threw it across the room. Bucher later removed all of the phone chargers from the residence and fuses from their vehicle and fled the residence on foot prior to police arrival. Bucher later returned to the residence and was taken into custody by the Milford Police. Bucher was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $5,000.00 cash bond.
