Man Charged with Vehicle Theft

On June 5, 2016 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 59yo Milford man stemming from an incident that occurred on June 2, 2016 at a local car dealership located on N. Walnut St. Raymond H. Nutter was charged with Theft of a Motor Vehicle and Conspiracy 2nd Degree. Police state that investigation revealed that Nutter had been doing odd jobs around the car lot. On June 2, 2016, after hours, Nutter and an unknown suspect gained access to one of the vehicles and removed it from the car lot. The vehicle was later recovered and returned to the dealership. Nutter was arraigned and released on $1,000.00 unsecured bond.
