Drugs, Guns Seized at Milford Diner Restaurant

On June 15, 2016, at the conclusion of an investigation, the Milford Police Drugs Vice and Organized Crime Unit, along with the assistance of the Milford Police Criminal Division and the DSP Kent County Drug Unit, executed multiple search warrants at the Milford Diner Restaurant and at a residence located in the 2000 block of Hopkins Cemetery Rd, Harrington. As a result, detectives arrested and charged several restaurant employees.

Stephen B. Meyers was charged with Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Heroin within 300′ of a School (3 counts), Maintaining a Drug Property, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Receiving Stolen Property Under $1500.00, Possession of Cocaine within 300′ of a School and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Joseph M. Catania was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver Heroin within 300′ of a School, Delivery of Heroin within 300′ of a School, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Heroin, Conspiracy 2nd Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Tanya Mann aka Tonya Andrew was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver Heroin within 300′ of a School, Receiving Stolen Property Under $1500.00, Conspiracy 2nd Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Sarah Brunskill was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver Heroin within 300′ of a School, Conspiracy 2nd Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Detectives seized a safe containing 42 bags of heroin, 2 grams of Cocaine, and 2 fully loaded handguns and 3 long guns from inside the Milford Diner restaurant. A total of 94 bags of Heroin, 2 grams of Cocaine, 4 handguns, 3 long guns and stolen merchandise were seized as a result of the search warrants and arrests. Meyers was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $85,000.00 secured bond. Catania was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $52,500.00 secured bond. Mann was arraigned and committed to WCI in default of $23,500.00 cash bond. Brunskill was arraigned and committed to WCI in default of $6,000.00 secured bond. Mann was also wanted on multiple capiases out of JP6 and KCCP.
