Domestic Related Investigation

On October 10, 2016 at approximately 9:07 pm an officer on patrol in the 100 block of Park Avenue noticed two vehicles exiting a parking lot in the area, with a considerable amount of glass in the area where one of the vehicles were parked. The officer made contact with the operator of one of the vehicles nearby the scene and learned an altercation had taken place there prior to the officers arrival at which time a 25 year old Lincoln man had damaged a window of the vehicle and would not allow it’s occupants to exit, as well have making comments where the victim’s feared for their safety. Police state that as the officer was speaking to the victim in this case, Vontrell Bibbins, 25 of Lincoln, responded to the Milford Police Department to speak about the matter and was taken into custody without incident. Mr. Bibbins was charged with two counts of Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree, two counts of Reckless Endangering, Terroristic Threatening, Menacing, Criminal Mischief, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Bibbins was arraigned at JP Court #3 in Georgetown, where bail was set $5500.00 unsecured along with a no contact order with the victims in this case.
