Arrested Following Harassment Investigation

 

 

Heather Garcia, 37 of Milford, was arrested on 03/12/2017 as a result of a harassment investigation. Milford Police responded to the 500 block of S.E. Front St where they spoke with a victim, who alleged that Garcia made unwanted contacted after being told not to by the victim and Police in a previous investigation.

As a result of the investigation, a warrant was sent to the Justice of The Peace Court #3 on 03/10/2017, and was approved. Garcia was taken into custody without incident by Milford Police on 03/12/2017 and charged with Harassment. She was arraigned at The Justice of The Peace Court #3 and released on $500.00 unsecured bail. As a condition of her bail she is to have no contact with the victim in this incident.
