Traffic Stop Leads To DUI Arrest

 

 

George Bodine, 31, of Dover was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol by Milford Police.

While on Patrol on March 16, 2017, an Officer of the Milford Police Department’s Patrol Unit identified a vehicle driving with its rear lights off. The vehicle was traveling East on N.E. Front St, and the Officer initiated a traffic stop on N.E. Front Street just East of the Rehoboth BLVD intersection. According to police, upon making contact with the Mr. Bodine, the Officer identified several indications that he was impaired. Through further investigation the Officer found that Mr. Bodine’s blood alcohol concentration was over Delaware’s legal limit.

Mr. Bodine was taken into custody without incident, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was subsequently released to a responsible adult. Mr. Bodine’s arraignment will be at a later date at The Justice of The Peace Court 7.
