Magnolia Man Charged with DUI

 

 

On March 18, 2017 at approximately 12:40 a.m., Milford Police Department Patrol Division observed a Green Jeep Cherokee traveling northbound in the 900 block of N DuPont Blvd. with an equipment violation. Police state that the vehicle was stopped, at which time an odor of an alcoholic beverage was observed emitting from the vehicle. Contact was made with the operator of the vehicle, Kendor Taylor, 48 of Magnolia DE. Officers conducted further testing of Taylor to determine if he was under the influence of alcohol. The investigation conducted by the officers showed that Taylor was alleged to be under the influence of alcohol. Taylor was taken into custody without incident. He was charged with Driving A Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol and the equipment violation. Taylor was released into the custody of a sober adult. He was order to appear at Justice of the Peace Court 7 at a later date for an arraignment.
