County Bank Welcomes Richard Hartnett

County Bank is pleased to announce that Richard W. Hartnett II has joined County Bank as Vice President of their Commercial Lending Division.

Hartnett is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in business administration. His comprehensive thirty years of experience in commercial real estate includes sales, management, investment and lending. Most recently, Hartnett served as a CRE Lender and Business Banker with M&T Bank working closely with clients throughout the Delmarva Peninsula.

“We are pleased to have Rich join our commercial lending team. He brings a wealth of regional knowledge in commercial real estate,” said Joseph L. Shockley, President and CLO of County Bank. “His extensive years of success building quality business relationships is exemplified by the loyalty of his impressive client network.”
