County Bank Welcomes Richard Hartnett

County Bank is pleased to announce that Richard W. Hartnett II has joined County Bank as Vice President of their Commercial Lending Division.

Hartnett is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in business administration. His comprehensive thirty years of experience in commercial real estate includes sales, management, investment and lending. Most recently, Hartnett served as a CRE Lender and Business Banker with M&T Bank working closely with clients throughout the Delmarva Peninsula.
