Two Women Arrested After Dispute

 

On April 1, 2017 at approximately 0908 hours, Milford Police Department Patrol Units responded to the Cascades Development reference to a dispute. As patrol units were responding to the scene, they were advised that the subjects involved were being disorderly with each other and there was allegedly a knife involved. Units responded to the scene and learned that both subjects were allegedly engaged in a verbal dispute, but during the argument both subjects allegedly became disorderly with each other and an alleged fight ensued. During the alleged fight, both subjects were active participants in the fight. The two subjects were identified as Gwendolyn Green, 54 of Ellendale, DE, and Adrianne Walker, 49 of Milford, DE. Through the investigation, it was alleged that Green knocked Walker’s cell phone out of her hand causing damage to the cell phone. It was also alleged that Walker displayed and threatened Green with a knife.

Warrants were obtained for both Green and Walker. Green was charged with Offensive Touching, Criminal Mischief Under $1000, and Disorderly Conduct. Walker was charged with Aggravated Menacing, Offensive Touching, and Disorderly Conduct. Both defendants were arraigned through Justice of the Peace Court 7. Both defendants were released on unsecured bail and given no contact orders with one another. Green was given a future court date in Kent County Court of Common Pleas. Walker was given a future preliminary hearing date in Kent Count Court of Common Pleas.
