Woman Arrested For Shoplifting

 

On April 4, 2017 at 5:30 p.m., Milford Police Department Patrol Division responded to Walmart, located at 939 N DuPont Blvd reference to a shoplifting incident. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Walmart Asset Protection and learned that the suspect, Lisa Fultz, 49 of Harrington DE, had allegedly purchased several items from the store, but had also been observed by Asset Protection allegedly concealing merchandise inside her bag/purse. She then allegedly exited the store with the concealed merchandise and was confronted by Asset Protection. Asset Protection was able to recover the concealed merchandise from Fultz.

Fultz was taken into custody and issued a criminal summons for Shoplifting Under $1500.00. She was released from police custody with a future court date in Justice of the Peace Court 6.
