Local Fugitive Located

 

 

On April 15, 2017 at approximately 12:37 hours, Milford Police Department Patrol Division observed a wanted subject walking in the area of Church St and SW Front St. Contact was made with the subject identified as Marque Anthony, 28 of Milford, DE. He was taken into custody on a capias out of Sussex County Court of Common Pleas. During a search of his person, alleged drug paraphernalia was located on his person.

Anthony was arraigned on his capias through Justice of the Peace Court 3 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $1500.00 secured bail. He was also issued a criminal summons for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia Non-Marijuana Related. He was ordered to appear in Justice of the Peace Court 6 at a later date on the criminal summons. He was also ordered to appear in Sussex County Court of Common Pleas on a later date in reference to his capias.
