Arrested for Shoplifting

On April 19, 2017 Milford Police Department arrested Michael Foskey, 23 of Magnolia, DE, in reference to a shoplifting case that occurred at the Radio Shack located on Aerenson Drive in Milford on 12/24/2016. Milford Police Department was contacted about the shoplifting case on February 13, 2017 by Radio Shack management. The investigation revealed that Foskey allegedly entered into the store on December 24, 2016 and concealed merchandise in the front of his pants and left the store without paying for the item.

Foskey was charged with one count of Shoplifting under $1500. He was arraigned through Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released on $1000.00 unsecured bail with a no contact order with Radio Shack. Foskey was given a future court date in Kent County Court of Common Pleas.
