Arrested After Being Disorderly at Walmart

 

On Sunday, April 23, 2017, Milford Police responded to the Milford Walmart for a report of a Disorderly subject. Upon their arrival, contact was made with a victim who alleged that the suspect Diane Rastelli, 52 of Felton followed them throughout Walmart yelling and cursing at them because of a child custody dispute. The victim also alleged that Rastelli scratched their ear causing a minor injury, all while they held a small child, which Rastelli allegedly tried to take custody of.

After further investigation, Officers took Diane Rastelli into custody without incident. She was transported to The Milford Police Department and charged with Offensive Touching, Disorderly Conduct, and Endangering The Welfare Of A Child. She was arraigned at The Justice of The Peace Court #7, and released on $1500.00 unsecured bail, as well as a no contact order with all victims in this case.
