19 Year Old Male Arrested For Rape

 

On May 7, 2017 at 4:09 am, Milford Police Department Criminal Investigations Division responded to a sexual assault that had just occurred at the Days Inn. It was learned that the sexual assault occurred in the kitchen area of the hotel. Further investigation identified Justin Fletcher, 19 of Milford DE, as the suspect in this case.

On May 10, 2017, contact was made with Fletcher and he was charged with Rape 2nd Degree Without Consent and Rape 4th Degree Sexual Penetration of Another Person Without Consent. Fletcher was arraigned through Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $70,000 USC secured bail. Fletcher was given a no contact order with the victim and the Days Inn. Fletcher was given a preliminary hearing date of May 19, 2017 at the Kent County Court of Common Pleas.
