Investigation Leads To Arrest Of Milford Woman

 

 

On May 19, 2017 Milford Police arrested a 23 year old Milford woman following a investigation into an alleged incident that took place at a medical facility in the 600 block of Milford-Harrington Highway (SR 14) on May 12, 2017. Police state that investigation revealed Katae Harper, 23 of Milford, was briefly a contracted employee by the facility and was advised by staff that her services were no longer needed. Ms. Harper then reportedly sent concerning text messages to one employee of the facility and threw numerous unused medical items, including needles and vials, throughout the parking lot. Ms. Harper has been charged with Harassment, two counts of Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct, and Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree. Ms. Harper was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #2, where bail was set at $1050.00 unsecured along with a no contact order with the victim or the facility. Ms. Harper is scheduled to appear at the Kent County Court of Common Pleas in June for an arraignment.
