Threatening Investigation Leads To Arrest

 

On May 30, 2017 at approximately 12:33 am, officers from the Milford Police Department responded to an apartment in the Cascades apartment complex to a report of a terroristic threatening. Police state that investigation revealed Charles T. Brewington, 53 of Milford, reportedly made threats of using a firearm to harm the victim. Mr. Brewington had left the apartment prior to police arrival, but officers were able to locate him in another part of the complex and took him into custody without incident. Mr. Brewington has been charged with Terroristic Threatening and was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #2. Bail was set at $500.00 unsecured, along with a no contact order with the victim. Mr. Brewington is now scheduled to appear at the Kent County Court of Comon Pleas for an arraignment on July 12th, 2017.
