Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest

 

On June 5, 2017 at approximately 11:01 p.m., Milford Police Department Patrol Division conducted a traffic stop on a green Chevrolet Impala on Shawnee Rd west of N DuPont Blvd Milford, Sussex County, DE 19963 reference to identifying the occupants of the vehicle for another police agency’s investigation. One of the passengers, police identified as Christina Durham, 29 of Dover, DE, provided officers with a false name in an effort to hide her true identity due to having multiple capiases for her arrest as well as her being a person of interest for another police agency. Durham was taken into custody and issued a criminal summons for Criminal Impersonation and Hindering Prosecution. She was given a future court date in Justice of the Peace Court 6 reference to the criminal summons. Durham was also arraigned through Justice of the Peace Court 7 and released with future court appearances in Justice of the Peace Court 7 and 8.
