Wanted Woman Located from Traffic Stop

On June 3, 2017 at approximately 5:45 am an officer conducting a routine patrol on Milford Bypass (SR 1) observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. A subsequent stop of that vehicle located a 42 year old Wilmington woman who was found to be wanted by two Delaware Courts (New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and Justice of the Peace Court #11). Jennifer M. Zoli was taken into custody by the officer at the scene without incident. A subsequent search did find Ms. Zoli was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Zoli was issued a criminal summons for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a traffic summons for Speeding. Ms. Zoli was presented at the Justice of the Court #3 for the warrants out of the two Delaware courts and bail was set at $2000.00 secured. Ms. Zoli was committed to the custody of the Delaware Department of Correction at the Sussex Correctional Institution.
