Drug Investigation Leads To Arrest

 

 

On June 11, 2017, the Milford Police Department Drug Unit with the assistance of the Milford Police Department Patrol Division executed a search warrant on a room at the Traveler’s Inn located at 1036 N Walnut St. Milford, DE 19963. The search warrant was a result of a several month investigation into the sale of crack cocaine by Mario Webb, 40 of Milford, DE. As a result of the search warrant, Investigators located suspect crack cocaine, suspected marijuana, various prescription drugs without proper prescription, and various items of drug paraphernalia including a digital scale.

Webb was taken into custody without incident and charged with Manufactures, Delivers, Or Possesses With Intent To Manufacture, Deliver A Controlled Substance; Possession of Marijuana; 2 counts of Possess, Consume Any Prescription Drug Not A Controlled Substance Without A Prescription; 2 counts of Possess, Consume A Controlled Or Counterfeit Substance Except Human Growth Hormone Without A Prescription; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia-Non-Marijuana Related; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia- Marijuana Related. Webb was arraigned through Justice of the Peace Court 7 and released on $4751.00 unsecured bail. Webb was ordered to appear in Kent County Court of Common Pleas at a later date for a preliminary hearing.
