Milford Man Arrested on Stalking Charges

 

 

On June 6, 2017, Milford Police Department Patrol Division was contacted by a victim who reported that David Reisinger, 39 of Milford, DE, had allegedly been harassing them over the course of several months. Officers learned that Reisinger had been allegedly been contacting the victim via telephone, text messages, social media, and also responding the victim’s place of employment and causing issues for the victim. It was also reported that Reisinger allegedly attempted to run the victim off the roadway on June 1, 2017. Due to this investigation, a warrant was obtain for Reisinger for Stalking, Reckless Endangering 2nd, and two counts of Harassment.

Reisinger was taken into custody on June 6, 2017 without incident. He was arraigned through Justice of the Peace Court 7 and was released on $2500.00 unsecured bail with a future court date in Kent County Court of Common Pleas. A no contact order was put into place between Reisinger and the victim.
