On June 11, 2017 at approximately 6:59 a.m., Milford Police Department Patrol Division responded to the 200 Block of Marshall St for an altercation. According to police, investigation revealed that a Cameron Freeman, 35 of Milford, DE, had allegedly engaged in a verbal argument with the victim, which allegedly led to Freeman pushing the victim. It was learned that after the victim was allegedly pushed by Freeman, they fell to the ground and sustained injury to their left hand in the process. The victim did not request medical treatment for their hand. Freeman was taken into custody without incident.
Freeman was charged with Offensive Touching. He was arraigned through Justice of the Peace Court 3 and released on $1000.00 unsecured bail with a no contact order with the victim. He was ordered to appear in Sussex County Family Court at a later date in reference to this case.
