Delaware Tech culinary arts students Charles Fratticcioli and Ellie Keck both received $1,000 scholarships from the American Culinary Federation First State Chef’s Association during an August 28, 2017 association dinner. Their selection was based upon grade point average, an essay highlighting their goals, and culinary arts work experience.
In addition to their time on campus for classes, Fratticcioli works at the Hilton Wilmington/Christiana Hotel in Newark and Keck works at Fork + Flask at Nage in Rehoboth Beach.
The Delaware Tech culinary arts associate degree program is offered on the Dover and Stanton campuses and is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation.
