Milford Police Once Again Going Pink

Sep 6 2017 /

Released by Milford Police Department

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease. The men and women of the Milford Police Department are continuing to support the effort this year by once again going pink. Officers will be wearing baseball style hats throughout the month in hopes to raise awareness, as well as having our patch altered to help support the cause. We will also be selling the patches and hats at the Milford Police Department at 400 Northeast Front Street while supplies last. The patches can be purchased for $10.00, the hats for $20.00, or both can be purchased for $25.00 These will be cash only sales with all proceeds being donated to the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition. Please take time to join us in fighting this disease. If you wish to learn more please check out the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition at http://www.debreastcancer.org/
