Milford Hosts Surplus Garage Sale

The City of Milford will hold a surplus garage sale on November 3 from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at 301 NE Front Street.

Items may consist of surplus items, equipment and unclaimed police evidence.  Included in the sales items are bicycles, jewelry, cameras, paddle boats, a pellet stove, roof shingles, landscape timbers and much more!  Payment will be cash only and receipts will be provided.  No checks or credit cards will be accepted.

Items must be removed by Tuesday, November 7, if prior arrangements are made at the time of the sale.  Items not removed within this time frame will be disposed of at the City’s discretion.  

There is no warranty related to any items being sold.  Everything is being sold “AS IS-WHERE IS”, without warranty or guarantee of any kind.  All sales are final.  The City of Milford is not responsible for missing or broken items after the sale.  Absolutly no refunds.
