Lincoln Man Arrested For Shoplifting

On September 18, 2017 at approximately 12:43 a.m., the Milford Police Department Patrol Division was dispatched to Walmart, located at 939 N DuPont Blvd, for a shoplifting report. Investigation revealed that the suspect allegedly conspired with another subject and shoplifted merchandise from the business. The suspect was identified as Antonio Reynolds, 35 of Lincoln, DE. A warrant was obtained for Reynolds for this incident.

On 10/25/2017, Reynolds was taken into custody without incident. He was arraigned through Justice of the Peace Court 2 and was released on $1000.00 USC unsecured bail with a no contact order with Walmart. He was ordered to appear in Kent County Court of Common Pleas at a later date in reference to this case.
