Woman Arrested For Shoplifting

 

On January 10, 2018 at approximately 6:16 p.m., the Milford Police Department Patrol Division was dispatched to Redner’s Market located at 28253 Lexus Drive, Milford, Sussex County, Delaware in reference to a shoplifting that just occurred with a suspect in custody. Officers made contact with Asset Protection who advised that the female suspect had allegedly concealed items into a purse and attempted to shoplift the items. The suspect was identified as Taylor Oneal, 23 of Milford, DE. During a search incident to arrest, drug paraphernalia was located inside of her purse.

Oneal was charged with Shoplifting Under $1500 and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Non-Marijuana Related. She had a presentment through Justice of the Peace Court 2 and was released on $1000 unsecured bail with a no contact order with Redners. Oneal was ordered to appear in Sussex County Court of Common Pleas at a later date reference to this investigation.
