Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) recently recognized Regina Bumbrey, of Dover, as Staff Person of the Quarter.
Ms. Bumbrey joined KSI’s staff in June 2016. She is dedicated and professional, going out of her way to be helpful. As case manager, she is responsible for the implementation of individualized support plans, ensuring individuals are on track to reach their goals. She helps prepare people for their next step toward independent employment. She is hard working and very involved with the individuals for whom she is responsible. They learn skills critical to gaining and maintaining employment. As Staff Person of the Quarter, Ms. Bumbrey becomes eligible to be selected as Staff Person of the Year.
