On 01/26/2018, the Milford Police Department Patrol Division made contact with two victims in the lobby of Milford PD. The victims advised that a Timothy Brown, 63 of Harbeson, DE, had allegedly been calling them repeatedly and driving past locations where they frequent in Milford and Harrington DE. One of the victims advised that they had already been in contact with Harrington PD because Brown was repeatedly calling them at their place of employment. They advised that Harrington PD had made contact with Brown and advised him to cease communication, but the victims advised that Brown allegedly continued to harass them. A warrant was issued for Brown reference to this investigation.

On 01/28/2018, Brown turned himself into Milford PD on the active warrant for his arrest. Brown was charged with two counts of Harassment. He had a presentment through Justice of the Peace Court 7 and was released on $1000.00 USC unsecured bail with a no contact order with the victims. He was ordered to appear in Kent County Court of Common Pleas at a later date reference to this case.
