**FINAL UPDATE** Indecent Exposure Incident

 

The Milford Police Department has arrested Kenneth Garrison, 49 of Milford, DE, for one count of Indecent Exposure 2nd Degree in connection with the incident that occurred in the parking lot of the Greater Milford Boys and Girls Club during the morning hours of February 27, 2018. Garrison turned himself into the Milford Police Department on February 28, 2018, where he was formally charged and had a presentment through the Justice of the Peace Court 2. Garrrison was released on $500.00 USC unsecured bail and he was given a no contact order with the Greater Milford Boys and Girls Club. Garrison was ordered to appear in the Kent County Court of Common Pleas at a later date reference to this incident.
