**UPDATE #2 With Arrests** 2 Arrested and 2 Wanted Reference to a Shoplifting Incident

On 03/07/2018, Ricki Wintjen, 31 of Harrington, DE, responded to Milford PD and turned himself in on the active warrant for his arrest. Wintjen was charged with Theft By False Pretense Under $1500 and Conspiracy 3rd Degree. He had a presentment through Justice of the Peace Court 2 and was released on $2000.00 USC unsecured bail with a no contact order with all Walmart stores in Delaware. Wintjen was ordered to appear in Kent County Court of Common Pleas at a later date reference to this investigation.

On 03/08/2018, Allen Burton, 29 of Felton, DE, responded to Milford PD and turned himself in on the active warrant for his arrest. Burton was charged with Shoplifting Under $1500 and Conspiracy 3rd Degree. He had a presentment through Justice of the Peace Court 2 and was released on $200.00 USC unsecured bail with a no contact order with Walmart. Burton was ordered to appear in Kent County Court of Common Pleas at a later date reference to this investigation.

Original Post –

On 2/19/2018 at approximately 5:13 p.m., the Milford Police Department Patrol Division was dispatched to a late reported shoplifting/fraudulent return investigation located at Walmart, 939 N DuPont Blvd. Milford, Kent County, DE. Investigation revealed that a unknown male entered into the store and concealed merchandise from display that was valued at under $1500.00. The suspect then exited the store with the concealed merchandise without paying. Investigation revealed that a short time later, a white female and white male entered into the store and went to the customer service area and returned some of the stolen merchandise and received U.S. Currency for the merchandise. The female suspect was identified as Erika Coleman, 23 of Harrington, DE, through her DE license that she presented at the time of the return. A short period later another white male entered into the store and went to the customer service area and returned the rest of the stolen merchandise and received U.S. Currency for the merchandise. This suspect was identified as Johnathan Nason, 32 of Bridgeville, DE, through his DE license that he presented at the time of the return. Investigation revealed that the other male that was with Coleman was a Ricki Wintjen, 31 of Harrington, DE and that male suspect that did the initial shoplifting was an Allen Burton, 29 of Felton, DE. Officers received warrants for all four suspects.

On 03/01/2018, Nason and Coleman turned themselves into Milford PD and were charged with Theft By False Pretense Under $1500 USC and Conspiracy 3rd Degree. Both had a presentment through Justice of the Peace Court 2. Nason and Coleman were both released on $1000.00 USC unsecured bail with a no contact order with Walmart. They were ordered to appear at a later date in Kent County Court of Common Pleas reference to this investigation.

Ricki Wintjen and Allen Burton are currently wanted by the Milford Police Department reference to this investigation.
