Arrested For Menacing Altercation

 

On 03/07/2018, Juan Gonzales-Juarez turned himself into Milford PD due to an active warrant for his arrest stemming from an incident that occurred on 02/02/2018.

On 02/02/2018, the Milford Police Department Patrol Division responded to a 911 call at a residence in the 700 block of SE Front Street Milford, Sussex County, DE. Investigation revealed a verbal altercation occurred between the suspect and another individual. The victim was contacted about the verbal altercation and asked to come to the residence. Once at the residence the suspect approached the victim’s vehicle and allegedly struck the driver side window, shattering the window. The suspect fled the scene and was unable to located by responding officers. The suspect was identified as Juan Gonzales-Juarez, 31 of Milford, DE. An arrest warrant was obtained for Gonzales-Juarez reference to this incident.

When Gonzales-Juarez turned himself into Milford PD on 03/07/2018, he was charged with Menacing and Criminal Mischief Under $1000.00. He had a presentment through Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released on $400.00 USC unsecured bail. He was ordered to appear in Sussex County Family Court at a later date reference to this case.
